We are not just a gym; we are a dynamic fitness box. Step into our space and you'll notice a refreshing absence of machines and mirrors. With a different workout everyday to improve your overall strength, endurance, balance and coordination we embrace a holistic approach to fitness.

Here, we hone functional fitness skills that translate to real-life scenarios. With an expert coach guiding us, we embark on a transformative fitness journey that will unlock your potential and prepare you to take on any adventure.

How a Class Works.

Pre-class, you arrive, fill your water bottle and take a moment to stretch before class.

Class starts, your coach will call the class to the front and describe the workout. They will also describe how to scale it up or down so it’s right for you.

General warm-up, your coach will lead you through a warm-up that will prepare your body and get you a little sweaty.

Specific warm-up, your coach will then review the exercises in the WOD (workout of the day) and how to do them with proper form.

WOD (Workout of the Day), after a short break your coach will set the clock and start the WOD. Here your job is two fold - move with proper form and move fast.

Cool down, once everyone has finished the workout, your coach will lead you through specific stretches to prepare you for the rest of your day.
