In CrossFit Foundations, we focus on teaching you the essential movement patterns, safe mechanics, and coaching guidance you need to confidently enter regular CrossFit classes. It’s your starting line—for strength, skill, and community.

FULL-BODY WORKOUTS

  • These beginner level workouts will incorporate a wide range of functional movements, ensuring that every part of your body is engaged in the workout.

Progressive Learning

  • We focus on the proper form so you build good habits early on. We utilize a proprietary progression for each movement, starting with movements that are easy to learn and only progressing when you’re ready.

Fully Coach Led

  • The coach will give you direct, hands-on instruction for every part of class from the warm-up to the workout to the cool down. All you have to do is show up, ready to learn.

SMART SCALING

  • You’ll discover how to adjust reps, weights, and targets to fit your ability while still progressing with the movements. We will provide you a path towards your fittest self.

Train alongside other beginners

  • Train alongside other new athletes and work together to learn the proper movements. When you’re ready to grow past the foundations classes, the larger community of our regular CrossFit classes will be excited to have you.

  • All of our classes are 55-60 minutes long.

  • Not at all. Foundations is designed for beginners, and our coaches scale every workout to your fitness level. You’ll build strength, endurance, and confidence step by step.

  • Our coaches specialize in safe scaling. If you’re working around an injury, we’ll show you modifications so you can train safely and effectively. Many of our athletes start in exactly this position.

  • It sounds like you’re ready for our regular CrossFit classes! There, you’ll be introduced to harder movements.

  • You can take as many as you like! This level always stays at our beginner level and there is a “Foundations” level in our regular classes as well.

  • Yes, one of the key aspects of CrossFit Conifer is the individualized coaching provided during classes. Coaches will guide you through each workout, offer modifications and scaling options, correct form, and provide personalized feedback to ensure you get the most out of your training.

  • Pregnancy is a unique period, and it is important to consult with your healthcare provider regarding exercise during this time. Some modifications can be made to allow pregnant women to continue training, but it's essential to prioritize the health and safety of both the mother and the baby.
