Membership Terms
Just like any long-term relationship, it’s best to start by clearly sharing our non-negotiables. We believe our terms are fair, transparent, and far better than the industry standard.
Membership Discounts
Family Discounts: Family discounts are available! To qualify, all added family members must live at the same address. Learn more about our pricing here: Pricing Page.
Pausing Memberships
We understand that sometimes life gets busy!
You may pause your membership for 1 week up to 1 month at no charge.
To request a pause, please email membership@crossfitconifer.com.
For pauses longer than 1 month, a $30/month pause fee will be applied and charged monthly.
Membership Upgrades & Downgrades
You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time.
Upgrades: A small payment may apply to cover the difference in price.
Downgrades: Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Long Term Contracts
We don’t do them! We’re not fans of locking people into contracts — we only want you here if you want to be here (even if that means giving yourself a little push some days 😉).
All we ask is that when you start, you commit to at least 3 months. That way you’ll have enough time to see and feel the real benefits of the program.
Payment
All of our memberships (except our Class Pass) are on auto-pay.
28-Day Memberships: Charged every 28 days, always falling on the same day of the week (e.g., every 4 Mondays).
Monthly Memberships: Charged once per month on the same calendar day (e.g., the 30th of each month).

Late Cancelling
Late cancelling means cancelling a class within 8 hours of the class start time.
We don’t charge for late cancels… yet.
Instead, when you late cancel a class, your name goes on a very public list that coaches, members, and all of your friends can see. 👀
If you’re on a Class Pass or a limited-class membership and you lose a class because of a late cancel, no worries — just email Javier at javier@crossfitconifer.com and we’ll put the class back on your account.
We’d love to keep this forgiving for the curveballs life throws at us… so, unless you’re bleeding, get in here and don’t make us start charging for late cancels. 🙃
Cancelling Memberships
We hate to see you go!
To cancel a membership, we require a 14-day notice. Any charges scheduled within that 14-day window will still be processed, and you’ll continue to have full access to all of our classes and open gym for the time that you pay for.
