Our Kids Classes Start June 9th!

Fun, Fitness & Games for Kids!

In our Kids Classes, your child will join a fun, active, and supportive environment where movement feels like play. With guidance from our coaches and the energy of a group setting, kids build strength, coordination, and confidence—all while having a blast.

MOVEMENT-FIRST APPROACH

  • Each class focuses on teaching proper movement patterns through games, drills, and challenges that feel like play, but lay the foundation for lifelong fitness.

FOR ALL ACTIVITY LEVELS

  • Whether your child is new to fitness or already loves to move, our program is designed to meet them where they are and help them grow.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

  • Expect high-energy classes with a mix of warm-ups, games, skill work, and fitness challenges—all wrapped in positivity. Sessions are about 45–60 minutes, and your child will leave sweaty, smiling, and proud.

Our Kids Class Options!

Ages 4-6

Mondays 10:45-11:3oam

  • In our 4–6 year old class, kids build coordination, confidence, and body awareness through age-appropriate games and movement. Every session is designed to be fun, safe, and developmentally supportive.

  • We introduce basic physical skills like jumping, crawling, running, and balancing — all while encouraging listening, teamwork, and having fun. It’s the perfect way to help your little one fall in love with movement!

Ages 7-9

tues & thurs 4-5pm

  • At this age, kids are ready to start learning more structured movements like squats, lunges, and push-ups — all taught with fun, proper technique, and plenty of encouragement.

  • Classes focus on coordination, teamwork, and trying new challenges. Your child will build strength and self-belief in a supportive environment that celebrates effort and progress.

Ages 10-12

tues & thurs 5-6pm

  • Our 10–12 class introduces foundational barbell movements and more advanced bodyweight exercises — with a big emphasis on form, safety, and positive habits that stick for life.

  • Whether they’re training for sports or just want to feel strong and capable, these kids develop physical literacy, discipline, and confidence — all while having a blast.

Teens (Ages 13–17)

Tues & Thurs 6-7pm

At this stage, teens are ready for more structured strength training and conditioning in a supportive, coach-led environment. Whether your teen is an athlete looking to improve performance or simply wants to get stronger and healthier, our teen classes build real-world confidence and resilience.

What They’ll Learn

  • Proper lifting technique (barbell & bodyweight)

  • Safe and effective strength training habits

  • Speed, agility, and coordination drills

  • Nutrition and recovery basics

 FAQs

  • We offer classes for kids ages 5–17. Children are grouped by age and developmental level to ensure safety and fun for everyone.

  • Each class includes a warm-up, skill-focused drills, fitness games, and a fun finisher. Kids are constantly moving, learning, and laughing while building foundational athletic skills.

  • Younger kids primarily use bodyweight movements, light equipment, and fun tools like med balls or PVC pipes. Older kids may be introduced to light weights with an emphasis on form, not load.

  • Yes! Our coaches are trained to work with kids and prioritize safety above all. Classes are designed to match your child’s developmental level and abilities.

  • We offer a a few trial classes for $15 so your child can experience the fun and see if it's a good fit. Most kids leave asking when they can come back!

  • We recommend 1–2 classes per week for most kids. Consistency helps them build confidence, strength, and coordination over time.

  • Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a big smile! We take care of the rest.

  • Absolutely! Parents are welcome to stay and observe—just keep in mind that your child might focus better once they’re used to the class on their own.
