We offer personal training memberships that are designed to help you establish a consistent workout routine so you get the results you're looking for.

INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING

  • Your program will be personalized to help you move toward your goals while also working around any injuries you have.

WE TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

  • Your coach will track the weights you use and the exercises you do so they know how to progress you for the next session.

WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Every session is scheduled between you and your trainer and any changes must be agreed upon at least 24 hours in advanced. We offer 1, 2 & 3 sessions per week memberships.

TIME EFFICIENT WORKOUTS

  • All of your personal training sessions will be efficiently designed so you get as much done in 60 minutes as you would in a 1.5 hour class.

MOTIVATION AND SUPPORT

  • You won't just be coming in for a workout, you'll be coming in to see a friend. A friend that will support and motivate you to become at least 1% better every time you come in.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

  • Expect a personal coach who will walk you through the entire workout and ensure you're doing the exercises safely and effectively.

  • All of our personal training sessions are 55-60 minutes in length, complete with a warm-up, individualized exercises and a cool down.

  • Our first session is an introductory session between you and the trainer to talk about your goals and the best times to have your sessions.

  • Personal training is for you if you have had injuries or are currently injured and need to work around them. A certified coach will be able to create a program and walk you through it so you meet your goals.

  • Like any physical activity, there is a potential risk of injury while lifting weights. However, we find that lifting weights with proper form is safe and in our personal training sessions your coach will make sure you’re using proper form.

  • The cost will depend on your goals, your schedule and your budget. Our 1st session is a complimentary introductory session, where we will discuss your goals and injury past so we can discover the best plan for you.

  • No, we don’t require any contracts. Simply a 1 week notice to cancel with suffice.

  • No, come as you are and we will take the first steps together.

  • Absolutely, for a small up-charge your coach can create personalized workouts for you to do at home in-between your sessions.

  • Pregnancy is a unique period, and it is important to consult with your healthcare provider regarding exercise during this time. We have helped women throughout their pregnancy, and modify the training program to keep mom and baby safe.

  • Yes, exercise plays a vital role in weight loss, however nutrition plays a much bigger role. We suggest hiring a nutrition coach to be your primary coach for weight loss and to hire us for your exercise.
