Meet Coach Javier
Javier found CrossFit in college and was instantly hooked—it felt like every workout was a game with purpose. After an internship researching sports performance and nutrition, he was determined to help others move better, train smarter, and feel stronger for life.
His own turning point came after a back injury revealed gaps in his form and flexibility. Instead of quitting, he hired a coach, re-learned the basics, and rebuilt himself—stronger than before. Now, he’s passionate about coaching people who’ve been told to “stay limited.” He’s a stickler for form, a believer in progress, and fiercely committed to helping you train with purpose and confidence.
Meet Coach Chelsea
Chelsea is an ultra-endurance athlete and CrossFitter with a deep passion for movement, performance, and nutrition. With a background in running 100-mile races and slinging heavy barbells, she thrives in the balance between grind and grace.
What sets Chelsea apart is how intentional she is—about how you train, how you fuel, and how you recover. She helps athletes of all levels create sustainable progress with smart, practical coaching that respects the whole human. If you want to learn how to train hard and take care of your body while doing it, Chelsea is the one to follow.
Meet Coach Lexi
Lexi is a former NCAA gymnast and lifelong mover who believes fitness should be fun, especially for kids. She’s spent years coaching youth classes and loves helping kids feel proud of what their bodies can do—whether that’s balancing, jumping, crawling, or lifting with confidence.
Outside the gym, Lexi is a hiking, camping, and nature-loving Coloradan who brings playfulness and purpose into every class. She’s especially passionate about helping kids and adults alike move with joy, develop coordination, and carry those skills into the world around them.
Meet Coach Courtney
Courtney grew up in a ski town and was born to move—competing in downhill ski racing, basketball, volleyball, and tennis. She raced in the Junior Olympics and made it to the State Tournament for volleyball before shifting her focus to group fitness. After discovering CrossFit in 2006, she left her aerobics career behind, dove in headfirst, and never looked back.
That same year, she became a CrossFit trainer—and today she helps lead the global training seminars for CrossFit HQ. With nearly two decades of coaching experience, she still lights up when she helps someone surprise themselves with what they can do. Her coaching blends deep knowledge, high-level performance, and a personal touch that connects on every level.
Meet Coach Jen
Jen found CrossFit in her 40s, after raising two boys and living a full life outside of fitness. She walked into the gym looking to get stronger—and never left. Nine years later, she’s a powerlifting enthusiast and CrossFit coach who helps others discover the kind of strength that changes more than just numbers on a barbell.
With her lived experience, Jen knows how intimidating it can feel to start or restart your fitness journey. That’s exactly why her coaching resonates so deeply. She meets people where they are, coaches with heart and clarity, and shows every athlete—regardless of age or experience—that strength is for everyone.
Meet Coach Dean
Dean Karamigios has spent over a decade in the CrossFit world—and even longer in high-stakes, high-accountability environments as a full-time firefighter. Known for his calm presence and rock-solid work ethic, Dean brings real-life functional fitness into every class he coaches.
He started CrossFit over 10 years ago to stay prepared for the physical demands of the fire service, and along the way, he fell in love with the community and the process. His approach is rooted in consistency, safety, and steady progress—because when your life (or someone else’s) depends on your physical capacity, you learn to take movement seriously.
As a coach, Dean is direct but encouraging, focused but approachable. Whether he's training athletes in the gym or working his shift at the firehouse, he leads by example. And yes—he’ll happily tell you about his dog
