55+ CrossFit Classes in Conifer, CO
Try our 55+ Crossfit classes
Stay Strong for the Life You Want
55+ CrossFit is CrossFit built for adults 55 and older. You’ll build strength, balance, and mobility so you can keep hiking, skiing, gardening, and keeping up with your grandkids for years to come. It’s become one of our most popular classes, with one of the most welcoming groups in the gym.
Start where you are
Every movement has an option for beginners. Many of our 55+ members started with us after 20 or 30 years without exercising. Classes focus on our Foundations level, so you’ll learn each movement properly and progress at your own pace.
Coaches Who Understand Athletes 55+
Our coaches are certified in training the aging athlete, so they understand what your body needs and how to work with it. Every class includes a warm-up, a step-by-step teaching progression, and a demonstration of each exercise, with your coach correcting your movement along the way.
Trusted and loved by our community
“All of the coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable. The community is welcoming and supportive. Javier has created something truly special. CrossFit Conifer will make you stronger and healthier in so many ways!”

“A welcoming community that benefits individuals in all stages of fitness. Excellent coaching and scaled workouts ensure you learn proper technique while challenging you at whatever level of fitness you are in. As a member for two years I’ve steadily improved my quality of life through strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility to do the things I love to do outside of the gym: hiking, cycling, fly fishing, skiing and playing with my grandson.”
