March 30th, 10AM-12PM
low Back Pain Workshop
Break the cycle of pain
The cycle of pain starts with lifting something heavy, twisting or landing from a jump and your back becomes a little sore, so you decide to rest it and sit for a day or two, which leads to stiffer and tighter hips, which leads to more back pain which causes you to rest it more and the cycle continues…
Learn stretches that work
Reaching for your toes is a great stretch and it might feel good in the moment, but it probably wont help you get out of pain. Learn a few powerful stretches that will help.
Practice exercises to build strength
There are 7 standards of strength that will ensure your back is surrounded by muscles that can support it. We will practice each standard during the clinic and if you can’t accomplish it yet, then you’ve found a weakness and a possibility to eliminate your pain.
Understand how to get out of pain
We will show you a framework for ongoing back health management, so you always know what to do if it starts up again.
