Meet Coach Javier, the dedicated owner of CrossFit Conifer. Originally studying to become a physical therapist, Javier discovered his true calling in the dynamic environment of gyms rather than clinical settings. With a deep understanding of mobility and performance, he excels in coaching CrossFit and guiding individuals through personal training, especially those recovering from injuries. Javier's mission is to help people unleash their athletic potential, empowering them to pursue their fitness goals with confidence and determination within the welcoming community of CrossFit Conifer.


Coach Sydney

Coach Sydney embarked on her coaching journey driven by a desire for meaningful and impactful work. With dedication and passion, she has honed her expertise in CrossFit training, earning her Level 2 trainer certification. In addition, Sydney has focused on nutrition and endurance training, equipping her with the knowledge and tools to enhance the lives of individuals seeking holistic improvement. Her commitment to helping others achieve their goals shines through in every aspect of her coaching.


Coach Mallorie

Meet Coach Mallorie. Despite her young age of 23, she boasts 11 years of experience in the CrossFit community. A former NCAA skiing champion and a competitive weightlifter, Mallorie brings her athletic prowess and passion for fitness to the forefront. When she's not conquering heavy barbells herself, she can be found coaching individuals, guiding them to enhance their form and unleash their inner strength. Mallorie's commitment to helping others become their strongest selves shines through her coaching expertise.


Coach Courtney

Coach Courtney, our esteemed CrossFit OG, brings over 15 years of experience working for CrossFit HQ and overseeing the CrossFit education department. With a deep understanding of proper form and a strong embodiment of the original CrossFit values, she is a true asset to our team. You can often find Courtney coaching select classes each week and actively participating in workouts alongside our members. Her expertise and dedication inspire others to strive for excellence on their fitness journeys.

What happens during the free class?

You’ll meet A coach and tour the CrossFit box.

  • We train people for a living. And, just like any job - doing it well is our main form of job security. So we obsessively focus on how to get people results and do it every day.

  • We take charge from the minute class starts. You won’t have to make up your own warm-up, workout or anything else. You just have to show up.

You’ll workout, learn and become stronger.

  • Absolutely not, in fact our purpose is to help people transform themselves from unfit to fit. Additionally the free Sunday class is even more beginner friendly than our regular classes.

  • During your very first class you’ll intuitively know that this is the way to get strong and it will feel “right”. With consistency like 2-5 classes per week, you’ll see results in 3 weeks and every 3 weeks after that.

Afterwords We’ll talk about how to join.

  • We design our program to be most effective when you take 4-5 classes per week and most people build up to that consistency over the first 1-3 months.

  • Soreness is going to be part of it, especially if you haven’t been exercising for a while. See it as “proof”. Proof that you took time to improve yourself, proof that you’re getting stronger and proof that you have what it takes to come in again.
