What is a CrossFit workout?
Every workout looks different and every workout is designed to prepare you for anything. Whether that’s pulling yourself up onto a poolside, picking up a heavy bag of garden mulch or run for your life out of a burning building. With Crossfit training, you’ll be ready.

With up to 9 different class times in a single day, and there is a class you can take every day.

We offer a free class every Sunday
Every Sunday we offer a community class so anyone can come in and see what CrossFit is all about. You can take as many free Sunday classes as you like.
