Our Boost classes provide a phenomenal beginning to your fitness journey. Whether you're just starting out or getting back into the groove, these classes are a perfect fit Every class you’ll find supportive coaches, inspiration from other members and a full body workout!

FULL-BODY WORKOUTS

  • Boost incorporates rowing, biking and core + stretching exercises. Rowing is one of the most beneficial cardio exercises that we can do, alongside biking and stretching + core exercises that will make you stronger.

VARIED AND CHALLENGING

  • Every Boost class incorporates different styles of interval training on the rower and bike alongside unique stretches and core exercises, so no Boost class is exactly the same.

SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY

  • Working out in a group setting fosters motivation and support, you’ll join a community of people who value a healthy lifestyle and eventually become friends with.

  • Boost workouts are designed to be short and at your own pace, the only target is the one you set for yourself.

  • Boost workouts accommodate individuals at the very beginning of their fitness level along with any individual who wants to improve their cardio, flexibility and core strength.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

  • Expect a certified coach who will guide you through warming up, followed by getting you started with one of the stations to start in (either row, bike or stretching). The coach will also assist with teaching you any movement performed during the workout.

  • All of our Boost classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration.

  • Every class includes three stations, so you can expect to improve your cardio and flexibility with every class.

During Your first class

You’ll meet A coach and tour the gym

  • We train people for a living. And, just like any job - doing it well is our main form of job security. So we obsessively focus on how to get people results and do it every day.

  • We take charge from the minute class starts. You won’t have to make up your own warm-up, workout or anything else. You just have to show up.

You’ll workout and become stronger.

  • Absolutely not, in fact our purpose is to help people transform themselves from unfit to fit. Additionally the free Sunday class is even more beginner friendly than our regular classes.

  • During your very first class you’ll intuitively know that this is the way to get strong and it will feel “right”. With consistency like 2-5 classes per week, you’ll see results in 3 weeks and every 3 weeks after that.

  • We design our program to be most effective when you take 4-5 classes per week and most people build up to that consistency over the first 1-3 months.

  • Soreness is going to be part of it, especially if you haven’t been exercising for a while. See it as “proof”. Proof that you took time to improve yourself, proof that you’re getting stronger and proof that you have what it takes to come in again.

  • Yes! The workout is set up for you to go at your own pace and the instructor will help you by teaching you the proper form.

  • Absolutely not, it is a cardio and core class, so there are no weights!

  • We recommend starting out with 2-3 classes a week and adding more as it fits your schedule.

  • Absolutely not, you’ll be able to go at your own pace and even take breaks any time. We encourage you to start today!
