CrossFit kids

A 5 week program for 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th graders.

May 28 - June 27

Tuesdays & Thursdays

CrossFit Kids will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:15pm from May 28 to June 27. Your kids will learn the fundamentals of proper squatting, deadlifting, push-ups, pull-ups, running, and rowing, all while honing their teamwork and improving their fitness.

An example Class

Kids may arrive 10-15 minutes early to have snacks and socialize.

3:30pm - Class starts and we describe what we’re going to do for the day.

3:40pm - They complete a 5-10 minute warm up.

3:50pm - They start a teaching progression where they will learn new skills.

4:00pm - They perform a 5-10 minute workout.

4:10pm - They play a fun game cultivating team work and healthy competition.

4:15pm - Class ends and parents can pick up anytime between 4:15-4:30

We are 2 minutes from West Jeff Elementary, 10 minutes from Marshdale and 10 minutes from Elk Creek.
